Jeetsons is a firm believer in sustainable growth, which is defined as expanding our company in a way that is ethical and environmentally conscious while also serving the rights of our stakeholders. We also think it’s important to play a proactive and accountable part in giving local communities the tools they need to achieve their goals. The business, as well as its staff, is dedicated to protecting the environment and the communities it works with.
Communities need to be focused on, given time and money, and transformed. In order to maximise the results of the corporate social responsibility efforts, the topic areas have been carefully selected. The following focus areas have formed as a result of the programs’ solidification with the help of business units, staff members, and the community we deal with.
We are aware that a substantial portion of India’s population still has to fight every day to find clean drinking water. Its projects aim to provide the villages with technology that guarantees their safety and health in relation to water. Additionally, it helps restore and conserve water in areas with a lack of water where agriculture is the main industry.
Without health, progress is impossible, so we provide primary and preventive healthcare services to the nearby villages so that illnesses can be treated before they become debilitating and expensive.
An important goal for us is to spread the word about alcohol usage in moderation. What we are aiming for is the cultivation of awareness and sensitization for the same. Jeetsons want to spread a vital message in a lighthearted and engaging way by connecting with the truck drivers in our supply chain.
Another challenging project is to improve the educational opportunities for village kids. Its Mini Science Centers focus on hands-on instruction, while adoption of schools entails creating a setting that is secure, wholesome, and instructive. To encourage kids to pursue primary education, these facilities are also provided to a number of other schools.
The Jeetsons Group is focusing on or preparing to implement CSR initiatives effectively. It will carry out these initiatives either on its own or in collaboration with reputable non-profits that have experience in the chosen theme areas, arising from the conviction that our co-communities demand priority care. The Directors will provide overall direction for the CSR initiatives, which will be led from the corporate office by the Head-CSR. The corporate office would be in charge of identifying project opportunities and allocating funding. When it comes to larger programs, partner non-profit organizations would be in charge of implementation, whereas the HR team would be in charge of implementation for smaller CSR projects. While HR leaders would be in charge of overseeing and keeping an eye on CSR programmes at their level, the Head-CSR would be in charge of general supervision and keeping an eye on the programmes.
